Privacy Policy

iishina Inc. ("we" / "us") establishes the following Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in the smartphone game app "Hyper Millionaire" (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
The Service may collect the following information.
- Device info / identifiers: advertising identifier (IDFA), device model, OS version, etc.
- Usage data: game progress, play history, in-app interaction events, etc.
- Purchase info: in-app purchase history (payments are processed by Apple Inc.; we do not collect credit card details).
Game save data (progress, acquired characters, settings, etc.) is, in principle, stored only on your device.
2. Purposes of Use
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To improve the game experience through usage analysis
- To deliver ads and measure their effectiveness
- To prevent fraudulent activity
- To respond to inquiries
3. Third-Party Services
The Service uses the following third-party services. Please review each provider's privacy policy for how they handle information.

4. Advertising Identifier and Tracking
The Service may use the advertising identifier (IDFA) to deliver personalized ads. Under iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT), tracking is performed only with your consent. You can change this at any time in the iOS Settings app.
5. Handling of Images in the Photo Scan Feature
In the Photo Scan feature (character acquisition), images you capture or select are analyzed only on your device. Images are never sent to our servers or externally, and are discarded without being stored after analysis. The Service stores only the character data obtained as a result of the analysis.
Camera and photo library access occurs only when using this feature, with your consent via the iOS permission dialog.
6. Image Handling in the AI Character Generation Feature (Planned)
The AI character generation feature planned for a future update will process photos you provide using generative AI technology. Provided images and generated data are not stored permanently and are promptly discarded after processing. They are not reused for AI training or service improvement, nor provided to third parties. See Chapter 6 of the Terms of Service for details.

Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent.
